Ben Kirk

Vice President, Development

As Vice President of The Ferber Company, Ben is responsible for new project origination and oversight throughout the Southeast, including business development, management of key tenant relationships, site selection, contract negotiation, and leasing. This role encompasses capital allocation, market strategy, timeline management, and project delivery. Ben is based in Nashville, TN, overseeing developments primarily in Tennessee but furthermore throughout the entire Southeastern United States.

Prior to his current role, Ben served as Director of Retail Leasing at The Ferber Company, leading efforts to analyze trade areas and markets, negotiate letters of intent (LOI's), and conduct negotiations with critical tenants for the development of multi-use projects throughout Central Florida.

Before joining The Ferber Company, Ben was a Leasing Manager with a national development company in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During his tenure, his portfolio expanded throughout the entire Southeast, assisting clients with new store roll-out programs and market penetration.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He was an NCAA collegiate athlete, a member of The Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and member of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization. Ben is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
