Ferber Company founded by Frederick V. Ferber (Paul S. Ferber's grandfather).
The first Ferber Construction, 1907 1955
Paul S. Ferber recalls his grandfather mentoring him about business at the early age of 12.
Frederick V. Ferber, founder 1962
After leading the company for seven years, Paul L. Ferber transitions the original construction company into real estate development.
Paul L. Ferber 1983
Paul S. Ferber opens a Florida office and changes the focus of the business from office development to retail development.
1999
Florida corporation formed and Paul S. Ferber takes leadership of Ferber Company.

Shields Ferber becomes President at Ferber Company.

Ferber North launches in Basking Ridge, New Jersey under Eric Steinfeldt, housed in the original country farmhouse renovated by Paul L. Ferber.
