Brian Terry

Brian brings 15 years of engineering and real estate development experience to the team, overseeing construction projects ranging from $100K up to $75mm. As Vice President of Entitlements & Construction at Ferber, Brian is responsible for managing the project teams and consultants from entitlements through project turnover.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. Brian transitioned from engineering to real estate development in 2014, and has been building mixed-use commercial, medical, and residential buildings in cities along the Northeastern US for the past 10 years with a focus in Center City Philadelphia. Brian is involved in ULI, BOMA and Big Brother Big Sister.
