Frank Natanek

As General Counsel, Frank handles the legal matters of The Ferber Company, manages outside counsel, negotiates the details of various transactions, and gives advice and counsel to the leadership team on legal and business issues facing the Company.

Prior to joining The Ferber Company, Frank was Managing Counsel at InvenTrust Properties, a real estate investment trust based in Downers Grove, Illinois, where Frank was responsible for legal matters for the leasing, property management and asset management teams.

Additionally, Frank managed leasing and legal functions for Cullinan Properties, a mid-sized developer with projects in numerous states including Illinois, Missouri, Texas, Pennsylvania, and prior to that, for Retail Properties of America, when it was part of the Inland Group of Companies.

Frank has an MBA from the University of Chicago, a JD from Loyola University of Chicago, and a BA in Finance and International Business from St. Xavier University.
