Justin Hollander

As Vice President of Development Services, Justin covers New Jersey, particularly focusing on the Jersey Shore and South Jersey markets, and together with Steve Messing covers all of Maryland and parts of West Virginia.

Prior to joining The Ferber Company in August of 2018, Justin was the senior associate on the Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment Team at the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. where his practice focused on the various legal issues that present as part of an overall Redevelopment Project.

Justin holds degrees in marketing and entrepreneurial studies from Muhlenberg College; a Masters in Business Administration from Monmouth University, with a concentration in real estate; and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in IP.

Justin currently resides in Asbury Park, NJ and when he isn't working, Justin enjoys lacrosse, golf, travel, skiing, the beach and any combination of those activities. He is an avid Seton Hall basketball fan and attends as many sporting events and concerts as his schedule permits.
