Kaleigh Baumlin

As an Associate of Leasing and Business Development, Kaleigh assists the effort to analyze trade areas and markets, prospect retailers, and negotiate with future retailers vital to the team's multi-use projects. Her concentration is working directly with retailers and brokers to create valuable partnerships and effectively market projects.

Prior to joining The Ferber Company, Kaleigh worked as a real estate associate at Franklin Street, a regional brokerage firm in Tampa, FL. While at Franklin Street, she focused on retail tenant representation in the Southwest Florida market. Her responsibilities included site selection, lease negotiations, market research, and site analysis.

Kaleigh is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Information Systems and Operations Management with a minor in Real Estate. She is an active member of ICSC.
