Marlon R. Champion

Marlon brings with him almost 30 years of real estate experience throughout the Eastern U.S. Marlon oversees the acquisition and development of retail projects and shares in the responsibility of new business development, project generation and the management of key tenant relationships.

Recently, his primary emphasis has been on single-tenant product focusing on existing relationships with Walgreens, Chase, Starbucks, Wawa, Circle K, Chick-fil-A, Checkers, Taco Bell and Chipotle.

Marlon holds a degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate from Florida State University and is involved with the Central Florida Chapter of Make-A-Wish.
