Michael Fraley

As VP of Retail Construction Services, Michael performs all aspects of construction and real estate development services, with the oversight of a large portfolio of retail properties ranging from local businesses to large national brand retailers.

Michael began his career as a Project Manager and progressed to gain vast knowledge and expertise in Operations, Management, Team Building, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Organization, Research & Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Time Management, Quality Control, Financial Modeling, Risk Management, and Communication.

Notable accomplishments include the assembly of a 750,000-acre project site, successful direction of an integrated team of NGOs, local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to obtain approvals for Wyoming's first Mitigation Bank and the United States' only Sage Grouse Habitat Conservation Bank.
