Nim Robinson

Nim Robinson is a civil engineer with 11 plus years of experience and has worked in the private market for engineering and real estate development throughout the continental southeast with primary focus in Florida. As Vice President of Project & Construction Services at Ferber, Nim oversees due diligence, design, entitlement & permitting, and construction closeouts for all development projects in Central, West, Northwest and Southwest Florida.

Prior to joining The Ferber Company, Nim was Principal at Bowman, among other positions throughout her career including Principal Branch Manager of the Tampa Branch. At Bowman she led a division of civil engineers, transportation engineers, surveyors, project managers, project analysts, permit coordinators and designers to provide civil engineering and consulting services to support national retail giant, Walmart.

Nim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
