Ryan Plate

As Vice President, Ryan is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing retail sites in the Central Florida, Tampa, and Southwest Florida markets. His primary experience includes market strategy, tenant presentations, contract negotiation, land use & zoning hearings, due diligence, and permitting. In addition, Ryan has extensive knowledge with eminent domain, access management, and financial underwriting.

Prior to joining The Ferber Company, Ryan was a Real Estate Development Manager with Circle K Stores for over six years where he was responsible for new store development, acquisitions of c-store chains, and redevelopment of existing stores. He also spent time in underwriting and data analysis with both The Bank of Tampa and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a Finance concentration, and a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida where he was President of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and a member of Florida Blue Key.
