Stuart Ferber

Stuart's responsibilities as a Real Estate Associate include having initial conversations with property owners as well as analyzing markets for those sites. In addition to procuring marketing materials for target sites, Stuart also analyzes comparable sites in the area to make an accurate assessment of the current market.

Before joining Ferber, Stuart graduated from Lynn University with a degree in Sports Management. He was an integral part of the university's basketball team, and uses that experience to further his knowledge of how to best manage complex situations. Stuart was raised in Boynton Beach, Florida, although he is no stranger to the Jacksonville area as the Ferber headquarters. Stuart started with Ferber right after graduation.
