Teresa K. Grashof

As Executive Vice-President, Retail Development Services, Teresa brings more than 30 years' experience in the real estate industry, including 17 years in Business Development and Leasing at Ferber. With her strong negotiation skills and strategic market development, Teresa effectively completes multi-tenant developments with some of the company's national clients including Aldi, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panera Bread, Starbucks, and TD Bank. She works closely with the leadership team to establish strategic direction and growth for the company, identify potential markets, and monitor industry trends.

Prior to joining the company in 2008, Teresa was an associate with Lat Purser & Associates in Jacksonville, Florida. During her 15-year tenure, she earned a reputation for her experience in retail site selection, site analysis and deal negotiations, and built a clientele with top national retailers.

Teresa is an active member of ICSC. She is a board member of the South Florida Haiti Project out of Boca Raton, Florida and holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia. She enjoys life with her husband and three children.
