Tom Mundy

Tom Mundy is a third generation Jacksonville native who joined The Ferber Company in 2016. Prior to joining the company, Tom was with The Shopping Center Group for four years where he focused primarily on retail tenant representation.

Tom began his commercial real estate career in 2003 and his experience encompasses other facets of the industry including development, property disposition and shopping center project leasing. He has extensive knowledge of all markets in North Florida and South Georgia and enjoys solid working relationships with local, regional and national participants in the industry.

As a graduate of the University of North Florida with a B.A. in Banking and Finance, Tom's leadership and commitment to the industry are evidenced by his history as Committee Member for the ICSC North Florida Idea Exchange. Tom's out of office joy comes from his two sons IV and Harper.
